All bikes are shipped in heavy-duty protective boxes. They arrive 85% assembled; you will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. Basic tools and a step-by-step guide are included in every shipment.

What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike or gear for a full refund, provided it is in 'like-new' condition and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees for full bicycles may apply.

Do you offer professional assembly or local pickup?

Yes! During checkout, you can select 'Local Pickup' to collect your bike fully assembled and safety-checked from our flagship workshop at no extra cost.

How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

Every bike sold at The Bike Shop comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
