Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any tools or manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
